Weekend courses start with dinner on Friday evening and usually end after lunch on Sunday. Mid-week residential courses start and finish times vary. There are seven categories of fees listed at the end of each course entry, as follows:

MANOR HOUSE
Within the Manor House we have 17 individual bedrooms all with en suite facilities.

      Opposite the Manor House we have the:

COACH HOUSE is a converted stable block and comprises of 9 single rooms all with en suite shower facilities on the first floor.

SEYMOUR HOUSE is a converted 1970’s house located approximately 200 metres from the Main House and within the grounds of the Manor and can either be reached on foot through the gardens, (always lit at night) or by car where there is limited parking available. It comprises 7 ensuite rooms.

FIDDLERS COTTAGE is a charming small thatched cottage also located within the grounds of the Manor and next door to Seymour House. It can also be reached either on foot or by car. It comprises 3 standard rooms sharing 1 bathroom with toilet and also a separate toilet. In addition to the above, we have a fully accessible twin bedded en suite bedroom located on the ground floor of the Manor House.

When booking your course, please advise us if you have any special requirements or preferences i.e. if you have a disability which we should be made aware of or perhaps you would like a bath rather than a shower, we will endeavour to allocate you the most suitable room to your requirements.
Each room is provided with towels along with tea and coffee making facilities.

To book a place, simply complete the booking form and return to us by Email, (we will confirm your booking upon receipt).

If you are booking for friends please supply their names and full addresses. The balance of fees is due one month before the start of the course: please remember - no reminders are sent! Urchfont offers credit card facilities so you can make a booking by phone (01380 840 495) using your credit card between the hours of 11.00 and 16.00 on weekdays.
