Siân Martin has taught Embroidery at Urchfont for many years on the Certificate and Diploma City and Guilds Courses and now  tutors a Masterclass of skilled practitioners who exhibit together as 'Stitched Textile Artists'.

She continues to tutor City and Guilds Embroidery Courses to online students with Distant Stitch which she set up with support from Urchfont in 1991.

Siân is a professional textile artist with a BA Hons and an MA in Embroidery. She is an exhibiting member of two highly regarded textile groups:-  the 62 Group of Textile Artists and of the Textile Study Group.
