Alan Stonell is a retired, qualified teacher and has been keeping bees for over 50 years.  He has been involved in education and training activities at Branch and County level for a number of years.  This has included providing courses for beginners and more experienced beekeepers.

Sally Wadsworth is also a qualified teacher and was the Seasonal Bee Inspector for Wiltshire in 2009. She has passed a number of the British Beekeepers Association theory and practical module examinations, including the Intermediate Theory certificate, Microscopy module and the General Certificate in Beekeeping Husbandry.
