Peter Kendrick has studied film history for decades and has played an active role in running film appreciation societies since the 1950’s. As a film-maker he has gained top awards in international competitions. He is an experienced tutor in a wide range of subjects, film history being a favourite one. At Urchfont, his weekend film-history courses have been a feature of the programme each year since 2003. All are prolifically illustrated by large-screen projection of extracts and documentary material.
