Jane has taught machine knitting at UWE for almost 8 years and previous to that worked as a Knitwear designer working mainly with high street retailers. Her industrial experience means that she strives for students to achieve a professional finish to their garments, whilst her experience of working in the highly creative atmosphere at UWE, means she pushes students to really experiment with techniques on the machine to create their own exciting fabrics.
