Our Management

We have been part of Wiltshire Council since the then County Council bought The Manor in 1946...

 

...and opened the first residential adult education centre in the country.

As part of the Council we benefit from the support of a number of Departments particularly The Directorate of Schools and Learning.

The College has a Board of Management whose remit is to provide an oversight of the business and to offer advice and guidance on a wide range of issues. The Board comprises a number of local councillors appointed by The Leader of the Council and a Student and a Staff member democratically elected by appropriate constituents.
The Principal holds overall responsibility for executive management of The College and has the support of a strong management team.
